Philippines SSS Contribution Calculator
Split contributions for a regular employed member using a selected monthly salary credit from the SSS schedule effective January 2025. This is not a salary-to-bracket lookup.
How to use the Philippines SSS Contribution Calculator
- Read the scope and choose the correct period and salary basis.
- Enter amounts in Philippine pesos. Replace the example values with your own planning figures.
- Select Calculate estimate, then compare each output with your records.
Worked example
At an MSC of ₱30,000, the employee share is ₱1,500 and the employer SS/provident-fund share is ₱3,000. Employer-only Employees’ Compensation is ₱30, giving a total remittance of ₱4,530. Only ₱1,500 is the employee contribution in this example.
Method and limitations
SSS publishes separate schedules for regular employers and employees, household employment, self-employed members, voluntary members and OFWs. This tool supports only the regular employer/employee schedule. Do not use the employer split for a self-employed or voluntary member. First identify your membership category, the contribution month and the applicable compensation range.
Compare the payroll period and deduction with the posted contribution month in your official account. Posting can be a separate step from salary deduction. Keep payslips and payment-related evidence privately and ask payroll about a mismatch in the applicable month. This estimate is not a payment receipt, a benefit entitlement check or a forecast of a future pension.
Read the Philippines SSS Contributions Guide for the assumptions, records to check and common differences.
